So my car hasnt really ran in almost a week.

When i was coming back from my friends house, the pro felt really boggy and slow. I came to the bottom of a hill and noticed my car died. I didn't really think much of it untill it a mile down the road. In the next 2 miles, It died close to 15 times. I was driving normally and the rpm's would fall. I smashed and it would slowly pick back up. At one point I stood on the road for 10 minuets, trying to get it going. It finally started and limped home. There was no CEL at this point. The fallowing day I try starting it back up, hoping it might just be a fluke. It wasnt. It did however throw a CEL. I borrowed my friends reader and it pulled a P0102 "Mass Air Flow (MAF) Circuit Low Input". Cleaned it, no help. Replaced it today and I no longer have a CEl, but its still dying. Does anyone have any reasons to why this could be?
