Good place to get work done?
So I went to the meet yesterday. I was really impressed by speedware I will definitely be using them when I go lower and for rims =). I really want to purchase a magnaflow exhaust system, and atleast a down pipe, maybe an uppipe. Anyways any help or recommendations would be appreciated!

Car is paid off! Working part-time at slaveway to cure my mod bug. Exhaust will be on my car by the end of June!

RE: Good place to get work done?
Not sure if you just are asking for a good place to buy that stuff, or a good place to get it installed. As far as purchasing I don't know about those exhaust systems as the research I've done is for mainly subaru specific exhausts. As far as getting work done, Speedware does that as well. If not Speedware, All Wheel Drive Auto in Kirkland does a great job on whatever they do.

Edit: I noticed you have a bugeye wagon. I have much better reccommendations for exhaust systems over magnaflow. Message me if you want to get some info on exhausts, I've done a tone of research on exhausts for subarus.

VTR is pretty close to your neck of the woods, they do a ton of subarus too. Check out Invidia they have some pretty sweet exhaust systems. If you replace your up and down pipes complemented with a cat back back and a nice turbo inlet with a high flow filter and a DOM tune you'll have a pretty fun lil subie on your hands... just saying.

Or you could buy some tools and learn how to use em. Save your money for mods.

You can probably duplicate the experience of owning a StarQuest by looking at pictures of naked chicks while you hit yourself in the head with a hammer and burn $100 bills. Next: Install new lower balljoints and alignment. Hookup starter button off a Aston Martin DB9. Hook up Autometer Cobalt digital water temp and wideband.

exhaust is super easy to do yourself. if you have no mechanical expierance I would have a friend help you install lowering springs or coils whichever route you go that does have knowledge because it can be dangerous with compressing and decompressing the springs. Look forward to see what you do to your auto Thumbup

Do it yourself. You will enjoy and hate the car that much more if you do the work yourself.
