This is because one of the wheels is mildly warped (has a very slight side-to-side wobble). As far as I know the other wheels are just fine. All are mountable and can be driven on safely. There are no dents or cracks in any of the wheels. Just the usual wear and tear. I do not know how the wheel became warped, but I'm assuming it was curbed. There is no major curb rash on any of the wheels tho.
